methods of payment:

Flat fee per
paying subscriber

Recurring fee
per paying subscriber.

Institutional
Pay Schedule.
Flat Fee per
paying subscriber. Typically we will
pay you 50% of every successful sign up that
results from your sales and marketing efforts.
This relates to individual subscribers.
This is a 1 time fee and there are no recurring
revenues streams from this option. There
are no further responsibilities on your end
either. You will not be required to
maintain contact with the client or to foster
the account.
Recurring fee
per paying subscriber. Typically we
will pay you 25% from every paying subscriber
that results from your sales and marketing
efforts. This relates to individual
subscribers. This is a recurring revenue
stream. You will get paid every month,
based on the subscribers that have signed up as
a result of your efforts. You will be
responsible for maintaining contact with the
client if you choose this option. You will
also be responsible for fostering the
relationship, answering questions, and
maintaining the account. In effect, these
will become your dedicated accounts.
Institutional
Pay Schedule. The pay schedule for
institutional sales will vary based on the
unique requests of the institution. These
pay schedules are based on a percentage of
annual sales made to that institution.
They may be paid monthly, or in one lump sum,
depending on the chosen option of the client.
These pay schedules are valid for one year.
You will not have the responsibility of
maintaining the account. Institutional
clients include Money Managers, Hedge Funds,
Investment Advisors, and in some cases
Accredited Investors.
